Product and Service Description

You are purchasing a CRM system for a one-time fee of $4,999 (USD). The CRM system is provided as is, with the possibility to further customize and improve it by hiring developers. Developer services are available for an additional cost of $1,299 (USD) per developer per month. You may hire between 0 and 10 developers based on your requirements.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made through PayPal. Full payment is required upfront for both the CRM system and any developer services you choose to hire. By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the PayPal account, and all transactions are final.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product and services provided, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. This includes both the CRM system purchase and any ongoing developer services. In the case of any dispute, our team will make every effort to resolve issues, but refunds will not be provided.

Developer Services

Developer services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. You may hire from 0 to 10 developers at a cost of $1,299 (USD) per developer per month. The number of developers hired and the duration of their services can be modified by contacting our support team. Developer services are billed monthly and must be paid in advance. The minimum term for hiring developers is one month.

Licensing and Ownership

Upon purchase, you will receive full access to the entire codebase of the CRM system, including the complete GitHub repository. You are granted full rights to modify, distribute, resell, or use the CRM system in any manner you see fit, without any restrictions. You may customize the system or offer it as a service to third parties under your own terms.

However, Hamlek Solution retains the right to continue selling the CRM system to other customers after your purchase. Your license to the system does not limit our ability to market or sell the system to others.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the proper use of the CRM system in accordance with the provided documentation and for ensuring the security of your data. You agree not to use the system for any illegal activities or in violation of any laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hamlek Solution be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the CRM system or developer services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.
